Can I buy products directly from Génito?

No, but please call Génito Ltd, tel. +45 61 26 25 21 to get the nearest distributor in your area.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes we do.

When can you deliver the goods?

If we have the order before 11:30 am on weekdays and the item is in stock, we can deliver from day to day in Denmark. Shipping information is found here.

How is my order delivered?

Delivery of both small or large shipments will be delivered by GLS. Other delivery alternatives can occur and if so, you will be informed before shipment.

How are the chairs packed?

Each chair is packed in a box, which is then protected by an outer box.

All our chairs are packed separately and then packed together in a large box depending on the amount.

What is the maximum load on a Génito Ltd chair?

Genito A/S chairs are tested and approved up to 120 kg. The chairs are tested to a static load of 1600 N and durability test of 1000 N. Please look at Homepage under customer service to see test report from the Danish Technological Institute.

When does the wheels brake?

The wheels brakes when no weight is placed on the chair. If there's a load of 6 kg or more, the wheels will be active.

When and how do I pay?

When you make an order to Génito A/S, you will receive an invoice by E-mail.

Is the product assembled on delivery?

Some of our furniture comes fully assembled and is ready to use when unpacked. As for our tables, the legs are disassembled, but is easily put together. Our chairs are delivered in parts, and they just need to be assembled using the assembly guide following.

I would like to pick up the goods by myself on your stock by Génito A/S, should I report this before?

When you make an order, it must be noted that you wish to pick up the item. You will receive an order confirmation with dep. date and time. If you want to pick up your furniture in our warehouse, just bring your order confirmation, electronically or in print. Address of the pick-up: Génito A/S, Vestergade 30 8860 Ulstrup.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, if the product is unused. When you use your right to cancel, you stand as a customer for return shipping and it will be an amount of 11,19 € for packaging and handling.

What happens if a product is damaged during transport to the customer?

If the product is damaged upon delivery it must be notified immediately to Génito A/S tel. +45 61 26 25 21. For us to advertise the damage to our carrier, we must notify transport damage within 1-3 days after delivery. A product that we have found injured through transport is exchanged urgently and free.
