Delivery Genito strive to ship your order as soon as possible within a few days and you will receive an order confirmation on email with a delivery date. Genito take the reserve for sold items, misprints, changes in delivery from our suppliers as well as for delays and freight costs, Genito can´t control. NB! If you choose the package to be placed at your address, without recipient signature, it will be at own risk. If the package disappears from the address after it is set correctly, no compensation will be given from Genito’s side. Genito reserve the right to choose another delivery method, if Genito believe that the selected delivering method is inappropriate for example. because the package is too large. If that means increased expenses for you, Genito will of course contact you first. Delivery can be made weekdays between the hours. 8:00 and 16:00. It is not possible in advance to arrange a specific time interval for delivery. In case that no one is home to receive the package, or the package cannot be delivered on the address, the currier will then take the package with again.
